How to request
Message our WhatsApp team within 15 days of receiving your order, with your order number, the product name, and why you are requesting a return or exchange. For damaged or incorrect items, please provide photographs when possible.
What happens next
Our team will advise you of the applicable eligibility, return instructions, any return-delivery costs, and the available refund or exchange process before you ship the item. Please don't send parcels without instructions.
